AND UPON
the Acknowledgment of Service filed on behalf of the Defendants on 9 December 2022
AND UPON
reviewing the e-mail request dated 19 December 2022 as made by the legal representative of the First, Second, Third and Fourth Defendant in respect to the period for the filing of the evidence in reply to the Witness Statement to be extended until 23 December 2022 and the Claimant’s agreement to the same by e-mail dated 20 December 2022, subject to the Defendants agreeing to an extension of time for the Claimant to file evidence in reply (should it prove necessary)
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED BY CONSENT THAT:
1.	The First, Second, Third and Fourth Defendant are granted until
4pm (GST) on Friday, 23 December 2022
to file and serve evidence in response to the Claimant’s evidence.
2.	The First, Second, Third and Fourth Defendant agree to extend the deadline for the Claimant to file and serve evidence in response to the First, Second, Third and Fourth Defendant’s evidence (should the Claimant require an extension of time).
3.	Each party shall bear its own costs.
