the Claimant filing an updated Bill of Costs dated 20 December 2021 (the
“BOC”
) on the direction of the Registrar
AND UPON
reviewing all other relevant case documents filed in this matter
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED THAT:
1. The Request is dismissed on the basis that service of the NOC and BOC were not carried out effectively.
2. The Claimant is to serve the Defendant with its NOC and BOC (including all annexures to each) by courier on the following address:
