				Document Production Order pursuant to RDC 28.37 (the “Application”)

considering the Claimant’s evidence filed in support to the Application
AND UPON
considering the parties’ submissions at the hearing scheduled before me on 9
				January 2024 (the “Hearing”)
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED THAT:
1. The Application is granted.
2. The Defendant shall produce the documents requested by the Claimant in the
				Document Production Schedule dated 30 November 2023 within two working days
				from the date of this order, by no later than
4pm on Monday, 15 January 2024.
3. The Defendants shall pay the Claimant’s costs of the Application on a standard basis,
				otherwise it shall be assessed by the Registrar, if not agreed between the parties.
