) 2002 Master Agreement entered into between the Applicant and UAE Exchange Centre LLC (
“UAE Exchange”
) dated 3 August 2012
AND UPON
hearing leading counsel for the Applicant and counsel for the Respondent at the hearing of the Application on 24 January 2021
AND UPON
the Court reserving judgment
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED THAT:
1. The Applicant shall file and serve evidence addressing whether there is an extant full copy of the ISDA 2002 Master Agreement entered into between the Applicant and UAE Exchange dated 3 August 2012,
by 4pm on 1 February 2021
.
2. The Respondent shall file evidence and / or written submissions on the issue of the ISDA 2002 Master Agreement referred to in paragraph 1 of this Order by
4pm on 8 February 2021
.
