CONSENT ORDER
UPON
considering the Third Defendant’s Application Notice dated 22 September 2021 and its accompanying evidence;
AND UPON
the Third Defendant making clear that by making this application (which is exclusively concerned with his jurisdiction challenge) he is in no way submitting to the jurisdiction of this Court
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED WITH CONSENT THAT:
1. The Third Defendant be permitted to file expert evidence by no later than 21 days from the date of the receipt of the original documents sent by the Claimants to the expert appointed by the Third Defendant.
2. The Claimants shall make the underlying documentation upon which they rely in this claim available for review by the expert appointed by the Third Defendant by no later than 10 days from the date of this Order.
3. The Claimants be permitted to adduce responsive expert evidence within 21 days of their expert’s receipt of the relevant original documents.
