2.	The Claimant shall provide the Second Defendant copies of all documents recording a settlement between the Claimant and the First Defendant Mr. Mohammed Ezelddine El Araj by no later than
4pm on 7 February 2023

3.	The parties shall have liberty to apply.
4.	Costs shall be costs in the case.
