PURSUANT
to paragraph 2.1(a) of the settlement agreement annexed to the Consent Order dated 9 March 2022
AND UPON
the Order of the Registrar Nour Hineidi dated 9 March 2022 (
“9 March Order”
)
AND PURSUANT
to Rule 36.41 of the Rules of the DIFC Courts in respect of correcting accidental slips in orders and judgment
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED THAT:
1. The amount of USD 193,712.13, being the balance of Funds remaining following the 9 March Order, is to be transferred out of the escrow account and immediately paid out to the Claimant.
2. The Claimant’s banking details are set out in Schedule A of this Order.
