the amount of USD 207,349 being transferred to the DIFC Courts’ Escrow Account on 13 December 2021
PURSUANT
to paragraph 2.1(a) of the settlement agreement annexed to the Consent Order dated 9 March 2022
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED THAT:
1. The amount of AED 711,605 is to be subtracted from the Funds held in escrow and immediately paid out to the Claimant.
2. The Claimant’s banking details are set out in Schedule A of this Order.
