1. The Second Defendant's time to file written submissions in response to the Claimant's Submissions on Sanctions for Contempt dated 26 October 2021 pursuant to paragraph 4 of the order contained within the Judgment be extended to 4 pm on Thursday 4 November 2021.
2. No order as to costs.
