				2023 insofar as it relates to the Third Defendant’s request to stay enforcement proceedings arising
				out of the Default Judgment (the “Stay Request”)

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED THAT:
1. The Stay Application and the Stay Request are granted.
2. The enforcement proceedings in ENF-196-2023 are stayed pending the outcome of the
				First and Second Defendants’ Set Aside Application.
3. Costs shall be costs in the case.
