				permission to vary the Freezing Order (the “Application”)
AND UPON
the Claimant having served their responsive evidence on 12 January 2024 (the
				“Responsive Evidence”)
AND UPON
the parties having agreed to the terms of this Consent Order
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED BY CONSENT THAT:
1. The Defendants shall file and serve their evidence in response to the Claimant’s
				Responsive Evidence by
4pm GST on 9 February 2024.
2. The Hearing Bundle is to be filed and served by
4pm GST on 13 March 2024.
3. The Parties shall file and serve skeleton arguments by
4pm GST on 14 March 2024.
4. The hearing of the Application shall be held remotely and fixed for
19 March 2024,
subject to the Court’s availability.
5. Costs shall be in the case.
