CONSENT ORDER
UPON
the Defendants’ application by application notice issued on 6 July 2020
AND UPON
the parties agreeing the terms of this Order
BY CONSENT IT IS ORDERED THAT:
1. In this Order:
(a) “the 31 July Order” means the Order of Justice Sir Jeremy Cooke dated 31 July 2018;
(b) “the Disputed Documents” means the 134 documents contained in the Deloitte Lists Tranches 1-9 where
privilege
is disputed between the Defendants and the SLR;
(c) “the Supervising
Legal Representative
” means Mr Philip Punwar of Baker Botts LLP.
2. The Defendants have until 20 July 2020 to make an application over the Disputed Documents pursuant to paragraph 20 of the 31 July Order.
3. Until such time as the application referred to in paragraph 2 is disposed of, the Supervising Legal Representative shall not request the release of the Disputed Documents to the Claimant.
4. Costs shall be in the case.
