(b) serves her Defence on the Claimant’s legal representatives Eversheds-Sutherland LLP, Building 6, Emaar Square, Downtown, Dubai by courier marked for the attention of Rebecca Copley and by email to rebeccacopley@eversheds.com and MaysoonAfyouni@eversheds-sutherland.com,
then, the Court shall
strike out
the Fourth Defendant’s Defence and shall invite the Claimant to apply for immediate judgment against the Fourth Defendant.
