the Court concluding that there is a good reason to authorize service by alternative means on the Respondents
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED THAT:
1. The First Claimant may serve the Claim Form and all other documents required to be served in these proceedings on a Respondent by email to any of the email addresses given for that Respondent in Schedule A to this Order.
2. Service by the First Claimant of a document in accordance with paragraph 1 of this Order shall be good and sufficient service of that document on the Respondent served and the document shall be deemed served:
(a) if the relevant email is transmitted on a business day before 4pm Gulf Standard Time, on that day; or
(b) in any other case, on the business day after the day on which the relevant email is transmitted.
3. Each of the Respondents has the right to apply to set aside or vary this Order under RDC 23.94 within 7 days after service of this Order.
