1. The parties shall file and serve their respective written closing submissions, authorities,
				and a combined master chronology by no later than
4pm on Tuesday, 23 April 2024.
2. The remote hearing for oral closing submissions shall remain listed to be held before
				Justice Wayne Martin at
11am (GST) on Wednesday, 1 May 2024.
3. Costs of this consent order shall be costs in the case.
4. The parties shall have liberty to apply.
