the Defendant’s Application No. CFI-043-2020/16 dated 7 November 2024 seeking
				an order that the parties shall have the opportunity to amend the CMC Order vis-à-vis the Consent
				Orders and establish revised timelines for the proceedings
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED THAT:
1. Shall the Defendant wish to apply to adduce evidence at the Trial at these proceedings in
				the form of another expert handwriting report, that report must be filed and served by no
				later than
2pm (GST) on 14 November 2024.
2. Any application to adduce such a report will be considered at the Pre-Trial Review.
