the Second to Fourth Defendants’ Application No. CFI-041-2022/3 dated 18 August 2023 seeking to set aside the Claim Form pursuant to Part 12 of the Rules of the DIFC Courts (the “Second to Fourth Defendants’ Application dated 18 August 2023”) (the “RDC”)
AND UPON
the Claimant’s Application No. CFI-041-2022/5 dated 1 September 2023 seeking to retrospectively extend the validity of the Claim Form (the “Claimant’s Application dated 1 September 2023”)
AND UPON
the Claimant and Second to Fourth Defendants’ having agreed to extend the timetable specified in RDC 23.41 and RDC 23.42
AND UPON
the parties having agreed to the terms of this Consent Order
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED BY CONSENT THAT:
1.	The Claimant and Second to Fourth Defendants shall exchange their Evidence in Answer to the Second to Fourth Defendants’ Application dated 18 August 2023 and the Claimant’s Application dated 1 September 2023 respectively (the “Evidence in Answer”) by
4pm GST on Friday, 6 October 2023.
2.	The Claimant and Second to Fourth Defendants shall exchange their replies to their respective Evidence in Answer (the “Evidence in Reply”) by
4pm GST on Monday, 16 October 2023.
3.	The Second to Fourth Defendants’ Application dated 18 August 2023 and Claimant’s Application dated 1 September 2023 (together the “Applications”) shall be listed for a Hearing on the first mutually convenient date after the exchange of the Evidence in Reply, with the Applications being heard together and with a total Hearing time estimate of 3 hours.
