1. The time by which the Claimants are to file and serve their evidence in answer to the
				Application be extended pursuant to Rule 23.47 of the Rules of the DIFC Courts (the
				“RDC”) to
4pm on Friday, 5 July 2024.
2. The time by which the First and Third Defendants are to file and serve their evidence
				in reply be extended pursuant to RDC 23.47 to
4pm on Friday, 16 August 2024.
3. Costs shall be costs in the case.
4. Parties shall have liberty to apply.
