CONSENT ORDER
UPON
reviewing the Claimant and the First and Second Defendant (together the “Parties”) having agreed to stay proceedings on 14 March 2016 in order for mediation to be arranged, take place and for settlement to be achieved, if possible
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED BY CONSENT THAT:
The
Court
proceedings shall be stayed from 14 March 2016 until 29 March 2016.
The Parties shall update the Court by no later than 4pm on 28 March 2016 as to the progress of and confirmation of the mediation and confirm whether there is a need to extend the stay of proceedings.
The current listed date of the Case Management Conference shall be vacated, with a new date to be listed in the event the stay is not continued.
