Ruler
of Dubai dated 9 February 2011 constituting the Special Judicial Committee to settle disputes related to Zabeel Investments L.L.C.
AND UPON
reviewing the subsequent Order of H.H Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Ruler of Dubai dated 22 June 2011 which amends the Initial Order
AND UPON
amendments being made to the Order of 7 January 2012, in particular the first preamble
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED THAT:

DIFC Courts
' case CFI 037/2012 Graft Gesellschaft Von Architekten MBH v Zabeel Investments L.L.C. be transferred to the Special Judicial Committee to settle disputes related to Zabeel Investments L.L.C.
2. As per RDC

(2), the Claimant may apply by no later than
4pm on 21 January 2013
to have this Order
set aside
, varied or stayed.
