IT IS HEREBY ORDERED BY CONSENT THAT:
1. Paragraph 2(a) of the March Consent Order is amended to read as follows:
"By no later than
4pm on 26 May 2023
, the parties serve on the other their respective notices of commencement and bill of costs for each of the CFI Proceedings and the Appeal Proceedings".
2. Paragraph 2(b) of the March Consent Order is amended to read as follows:
"By no later than
4pm on 9 June 2023
, the parties serve on the other their respective points of dispute (if any)".
3. Paragraph 2(c) of the March Consent Order is amended to read as follows:
"By no later than
4pm on 30 June 2023
, the parties serve on the other their reply to any points of dispute (if any)".
4. Paragraph 2(d) of the March Consent Order is amended to read as follows:

4pm on 18 August 2023
, the parties file a request for one hearing for the Consolidated Costs Assessment".
5. Costs of this Consent Order shall be costs in the case.
6. The parties shall have liberty to apply.
