IT IS HEREBY ORDERED BY CONSENT THAT:
1.	The detailed assessment of the parties' costs of these proceedings is stayed pending the Court of Appeal's order on the parties' costs of the proceedings in CA-005-022 and CA-006-2022 (the "CA Costs Order").
2.	The period for commencing detailed assessment proceedings shall be one month after the date of the CA Costs Order, or as otherwise ordered by the Court.
3.	No costs shall arise from this Consent Order.
