IT IS HEREBY ORDERED THAT:
1.Pursuant to RDC 4.2(1), paragraph 2 of the CMC Order shall be varied so that the time for filing of the Claimant/Defendant by Counterclaim’s application for further production of documents by the Defendant/Claimant by Counterclaim and/or by any relevant third party Banks be extended to no later than 4pm on 24 September 2019. [RDC 28.51 to 28.56]
2.There shall be no Order on costs.
