IT IS HEREBY ORDERED THAT:
1.The Default Costs Certificate is granted.
2. The Defendant/ Paying Party shall pay to the Claimant/ Receiving Party the amount of
AED 97,500
by no later than
4pm on Sunday 3 February 2019.
3. The Defendant/ Paying Party shall pay to the Claimant/ Receiving Party the amount of
USD 300
being the Court Fee applicable to the filing of the Default Costs Certificate and
USD 1,989.79
being the Court Fee applicable to the filing of the Notice of Commencement of Bill of Costs.
