CONSENT ORDER
UPON
the Claim Form dated 21 February 2021 (the “Proceedings”)
AND UPON
the Consent Order dated 28 March 2024 dismissing the Proceedings and
				making provision for the payment by the Claimants of the Defendant’s costs of the
				proceedings, to be assessed by the Registrar if not agreed (the “Consent Order”)
AND UPON
the Claimants and the Defendant reaching a full and final agreement in relation
				to the costs to be paid by the Claimants to the Defendant pursuant to the Consent Order
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED BY CONSENT THAT:
1. The costs to be paid pursuant to paragraph 5 of the Consent Order, as agreed by the
				parties, are in the aggregate sum of
AED 252,347.32
(the Costs Sum) and that the
				Defendant shall have no further claims against the Claimants in relation to these
				costs.
2. The Claimants shall pay the Costs Sum to the Defendant by
4pm GST on 6 May 2024.
3. The parties shall have liberty to apply.
