of the RDC and lodged with the

by no later than 3 pm on 30 June 2013.
Reading List
5. A single reading list approved by both parties' legal representatives for trial is to be lodged with the Registry by no later than 2 days before the fixed trial date, together with an estimate of time required for reading.
Chronology
6. Parties to prepare a Chronology of significant events cross-referenced to significant documents, pleadings and witness statements to be agreed, insofar as possible, and to be filed 1 week before trial.
Skeleton Argument, Opening Statements
7. Skeleton Arguments and Opening Statements to be served on all other parties and lodged with the Registry — 2 days before the start of trial for the Claimant and 1 day before the start of trial for the Defendant.

8. The trial of this matter is to commence on 7 July 2013 and is listed for 2 days.
