1.The Application is granted.
2. The Default Judgment dated 25 September 2017 issued by Judicial Officer Nassir Al Nasser is set aside.
3. The Claimant file and serve its
statement of case
and particulars of claim within 14 days from the date of this Order.
4. The Defendant shall file and serve its defence to the statement of case and particulars of claim within 28 days after service of the particulars of claim.
