to Rules 9.31, 9.32, 9.33 and 9.36 of the Rules of the DIFC Courts
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED THAT:
1. The Claimant shall be permitted to serve the Claim Form by publication, once in an English language newspaper and once in an Arabic language newspaper.
2. The Claimant shall file a Certificate of Service along with copies of the English and Arabic newspapers via the eRegistry.
3. The Claimant’s request to serve the claim form via email is rejected.
4. Costs shall be costs in the case.
