AND UPON
reviewing the relevant material in the case file
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED THAT:
1. The Application is granted.
2. The stay on the proceedings is hereby lifted and the proceedings shall accordingly continue.
3. The parties shall seek to agree between them the immediate next steps to be taken in the proceedings and inform the Court of those steps within 7 days of the date of this Order.
4. In the event that the parties are unable to agree between them the immediate next steps to be taken in the proceedings within 7 days of the date of the order, the Court will issue further directions as to the immediate next steps to be taken.
