hearing Counsel for the Claimant and Counsel for the Defendant on 15 September 2014
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED THAT:
1. The Claimant’s / Defendant’s Application for disclosure is dismissed, save as granted in paragraph 2 below.
2. The Defendant’s legal representatives, and their appointed handwriting experts if so advised, may inspect the original invoices and fund transfer forms in respect of the copy documents contained within the First
Affidavit
of Jinesh Patel dated 26 May 2014 and relied upon in the undated Sajjad Haider Chartered Accountants LLP Preliminary Report at a time and place convenient to the parties within ten (10) days or any date as agreed by the parties thereafter.
3. The Defendant shall pay 75% of the Claimant’s costs of the Application, to be assessed by the
Registrar
if not agreed.
