IT IS HEREBY ORDERED THAT:
1. Forthwith and in any event not later than 3 days from the date of this order, the Claimants' shall comply with the order of H.E. Shamlan Al Sawalehi dated 31 March 2014 as amended on 3 April 2014 ("
Disclosure Order
") by:
a) Identifying and describing, in a complete list, all documents which are or have been in the Claimants' control and which the Claimants declare are responsive to the Disclosure Order;
b) Submitting all such documents responsive to the Disclosure Order to the Defendant's legal representatives, in hard copy or accessible electronic format, duly indexed in accordance with the aforementioned list.
2. Costs of the application are to be in the case.
