hearing counsel for both parties at a hearing on 22 March 2019
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED THAT:
1. The Defendant is to pay the Claimant the sum of AED 76,256,887.60, immediately, and before 1 April 2020.
2. The Respondent is to pay the Claimant’s costs of these proceedings, to be assessed by a Registrar if not agreed.
3. All other claims are dismissed.
