IT IS HEREBY ORDERED BY CONSENT THAT:
1.	The Assessment of Bill of Costs proceedings shall be stayed until the Court of First Instance issues its judgment following the trial in CFI-015-2019, listed on 8 and 9 May 2023.
2.	There shall be no order as to costs.
