IT IS HEREBY ORDERED BY CONSENT THAT
:
The date for disclosure of the documents referred to at Schedule A of the Order be extended to
4 June 2015,
except that Deyaar will disclose the documents at paragraph 1 of Schedule A (other than those listed at paragraph 1, subparagraph (c)) of the Order, by 5pm (Dubai time) on
Monday 1 June 2015
.
The examination of Mr Marshad, referred to at paragraph 2 of the Order, be adjourned to
9.30am on 11 June 2015.
The documents disclosed by Deyaar, and any information provided by Mr Marshad be held by the
Court
and the First Defendant on a confidential basis and shall not be further disclosed or used for any purpose other than, as may become necessary, the enforcement of the judgment of Mr Justice Steel, dated 23 March 2015, or any other order in these proceedings. For the avoidance of doubt, the documents disclosed and the information provided by Mr Marshad on examination may be used by the parties in these proceedings generally (for example in relation to the Second Defendant's pending application for permission to appeal and the appeal, if permission is granted), as well as any ancillary applications or proceedings, which may become necessary.
