the agreement of the parties to vacate the Second Case Management Conference (the “Second CMC”) due to take place on 17 August 2021
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED BY CONSENT THAT:
1. Paragraphs 17 to 19 of the CM Order be amended in the manner shown in track changes in Annexure 1 to this Order.
2. The Second CMC be vacated.
3. Costs of the Application be in the case.
