IT IS ORDERED THAT:
1. The Respondent is entitled to its costs in respect of Application Notice no 049/2011, assessed on a standard basis.
2. The amount of those costs is AED 52,000, which is payable by the Applicant to the Respondent within 14 days of this Order.
