IT IS ORDERED THAT:

2. The Respondent is entitled to its costs in respect of Application Notice No 003-2012/1, assessed on a standard basis.
3. The amount of those costs is US$1548.75, which is payable by the Applicant to the Respondent within 14 days of this Order.
