the parties having agreed to an order in the following terms
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED BY CONSENT THAT:
1. The Defendant has permission to re-amend his Amended Defence and Counterclaim.
2. The Re-Amended Defence and Counterclaim must be filed and served by 4pm on 11 October 2021.
3. The Claimants have permission to re-amend their Reply to the Re-Amended Defence and Counterclaim, if so advised and any such Re-Amended Reply shall be filed and served by 4pm on 1 November 2021.
4. The Case Management Conference hearing currently listed at 4pm on 27 September 2021 shall be vacated and re-listed to a later date, for which the parties will share their available dates by 4pm on 22 November 2021.
