				Case Management Conference held before Justice Sir Jeremy Cooke on 23 September 2024 (the
				“Second CMC”)
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED THAT:
Disclosure
1. Paragraph 11 of the First CMC Order is varied to read: “Each of the parties shall provide
				disclosure in accordance with paragraph 11 of the April Order by
4pm on 31 December 2024”.
Custodians
2. The list of the Claimants’ custodians of documents to be searched in Appendix 1 to this
				Order is approved.
3. The list of the Defendants’ custodians of documents to be searched in Appendix 2 to this
				Order is approved.
4. The Fifth Defendant shall identify any of its Relationship Managers (“RMs”) previously
				employed by the Bank of Singapore who in 2014 or 2015 serviced a client of the First
				Claimant and provide a list of such RMs to the Claimants by 4pm on 27 September 2024.
				The RMs on the list shall form part of the Defendants’ list of custodians of documents to
				be searched.
Search terms and date ranges
5. The Defendants shall provide a response to the Claimants in respect of their proposed
				English language keyword search terms and date ranges by
6pm on 7 October 2024.
6. The parties shall meet to discuss the draft list of proposed keywords and date ranges on
				a date to be agreed in the week beginning 14 October 2024.
7. Any areas of dispute remaining are to be determined at a hearing held remotely to be
				listed on
6 November 2024
with a provisional time estimate of half a day.
Further Case Management Conferences
8. Further Case Management Conferences shall take remotely and be listed on the following
				dates with a time estimate of a day:
(a) 25 March 2025; and
(b) 20 June 2025.
9. The parties shall seek to agree the agenda for each Case Management Conference (and,
				if required, the hearing referred to in paragraph 7 above) by a date which is seven days
				before the hearing date.
Costs
10. Costs of the Second CMC shall be costs in the case.
