the Defendants’ claim against the Third Party made by way of the Defendants’ Claim
			Form and Particulars of Additional Claim dated 28 September 2022 (the “Additional Claim”)
AND UPON
the Third Party’s Defence to the Additional Claim dated 25 November 2022
AND UPON
the Defendants and the Third Party agreeing that the Additional Claim shall be
			discontinued
AND UPON
paragraph 1 of the agreed order signed by the Defendants and Third Party provided
			to the Registry on 22 November 2024 (the “Agreed Order”) requiring the Defendants to file and
			serve a Notice of Discontinuance in respect of the Additional Claim by 25 November 2024 (the
			“Notice of Discontinuance”)
AND UPON
the Defendants filing and serving the Notice of Discontinuance on 22 November 2024
			by way of their email to the Registry in accordance with paragraph 2 of the Agreed Order (the
			“Discontinuance”) and the parties awaiting a sealed version of the Agreed Order from the Court
			Registry
AND UPON
the Consent Order dated 27 July 2022, the Amended Consent Orders dated 21
			December 2022, 28 April 2023 and 30 May 2023, and the Consent Orders dated 6 June 2023
			and 30 August 2024
AND UPON
the agreement of the parties as to the terms of this consent order
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED BY CONSENT THAT:
1. To allow the parties to pursue a resolution of the matters in dispute, the proceedings are
			stayed until 20 December 2024 (the “Stay”).
2. The deadline for filing and service of the Claimant's Reply and Defence to Counterclaim
			is extended until
4pm (GST) on 23 December 2024.
3. The Defendants need not file a Reply to the Third Party's Defence to the Additional Claim
			in view of the Discontinuance.
4. During the period of the Stay, the Defendants undertake to immediately notify the Claimant
			in relation to any actual, threatened or anticipated litigation or arbitration proceedings or
			claims made under or in relation to the policy issued by the First Defendant to ItalConsult
			on 26 February 2018 (Policy No. P/01/6005/2018/4).
5. Costs shall be reserved.
6. The parties shall have liberty to apply.
