reviewing the correspondence from the Claimant relating to the change of name of the
				Claimant to Antares Reinsurance Company Limited
AND UPON
reviewing the correspondence from the Second Defendant relating to the change of
				name of the Second Defendant to Orient Takaful PJSC
AND UPON
considering the Rules of the DIFC Courts (the “RDC”) and in particular, RDC 18.2(1)
				and RDC 18.12
AND UPON
the parties agreeing to the terms of this Consent Order
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED BY CONSENT THAT:
1. The title of these proceedings is henceforth amended to reflect the updated names of the
				Claimant and the Second Defendant.
2. The parties have permission to file amended versions of any statements of case already
				filed and served to reflect the changes of the Claimant and Second Defendant’s names.
3. There shall be no order as to costs.
