IT IS HEREBY ORDERED BY CONSENT THAT:
1.	The proceedings shall be stayed until 5 June 2023 to allow the parties to pursue a resolution of the matters in dispute (the “Stay”).
2.	The deadline for the filing and service of the Claimant’s Reply and Defence to the Counterclaim and the Defendants’ Reply to the Third Party’s Defence to the Additional Claim is extended until
4pm on 6 June 2023.
3.	Costs shall be reserved.
4.	The parties shall have liberty to apply.
