IT IS HEREBY ORDERED BY CONSENT THAT:
1.	Paragraph 2 of the Amended Consent Order is amended to read as follows:
“To allow the parties to pursue a resolution of the matters in dispute, the proceedings, including the time for the filing of the Claimant’s Reply and Defence to Counterclaim and the Defendants’ Reply to the Third Party’s Defence to the Additional Claim, are stayed until 29 May 2023 (the “Stay”).”
2.	Costs shall be reserved.
