reading the Case Management Order of H.E. Justice Nassir Al Nasser dated 6 June 2021 (the
“Order”
)
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED BY CONSENT THAT:
1. Paragraph 14 of the order be amended to read as follows:
“If not, Expert Report(s) by the Defendant shall be filed and served by his/her expert by no later than 4pm on 31 January 2022”
2. Paragraph 15 of the be amended to read as follows:
“Expert Report(s) by the Claimant shall be filed and served by his/her expert by 4pm on 12 April 2022”
3. Paragraph 16 of the be amended to read as follows:
“Experts in like discipline shall meet within 21 days and submit a joint report setting out the areas in which they agree and disagree by 4pm on 28 April 2022”.
4. Each party shall bear its own costs.
