HAVING considered the calculations set out in a document entitled Final Settlement Order dated 27 January 2009.
IT IS ORDERED THAT:
(1) The appeal be allowed in part;
(2) The Order of Justice Omar Al Muhairi be
set aside
;
(3) There be substituted for such Order, Judgment that the Appellant shall forthwith pay to the Respondent AED 46,390.37.
This Order replaces that dated 10 February 2009 which is hereby set aside.
