IT IS ORDERED THAT:
1. In accordance with
Rule 50.30
of the Rules of the
DIFC courts
a Committal Order is made against Sarah Decker.
2. The Committal Order referred to in paragraph 1 is suspended provided Sarah Decker:
(i) attends the
DIFC Courts
at
1.30pm on Monday, 8 June 2009
to appear before Justice Sir Anthony Colman; and
(ii) complies with all the terms of this Order and the
Original Order dated 22 April 2009
(copy attached) before
1.30pm on 8 June 2009
.
3. The Claimant is to re-serve on the First Defendant, together with a copy of this Order, the following:
(i) A copy of the Claimant's application dated 25 March 2009;
(ii) A copy of the Court's Order of 22 April 2009; and
(iii) A copy of the Sixth
Affidavit
of Rita Catherine Jaballah sworn 7 May 2009.
4. The Claimant has leave to effect service of this order and future service on Sarah Decker by way of email to
