				HIJAZ FIBERGLASS BAHRAINI PARTNERSHIP).
3. The Defendant file and serve its Amended Defence and Counterclaim as filed in draft
				with the Application.
4. All documents associated with these proceedings to be served on the second Third
				Party by alternative means via the Court and Ministry of Justice as described in the
				Application namely:

b. by publication in a local newspaper in Bahrain; and
