the parties' respective submissions regarding the Judgment of H.E Justice Ali Al Madhani dated 15 April 2013 ("the Judgment dated 15 April 2013")
IT IS HEREBY DIRECTED THAT:
1. Paragraphs 29, 79, 84–90, 108 (a, b, e) and 109 (c) of the Judgment dated 15 April 2013 shall be amended under Rule 36.40 of the
DIFC Courts
('RDC").
2. The matter of Costs (as referred to in paragraph 113 of the Judgment dated 15 April 2013) is yet to be determined. As such the parties are at liberty to apply for determination of Costs before this
Court
, any Application as to costs must be made within 28 days of the date of this Order and in any event not later than
4pm on 27 May 2013
.
3. The time to apply for Permission to appeal shall be extended to
4pm on 27 May 2013
