3. The Claimant's email to the Courts dated 23 March 2009 stating that she would not be amending her Claim Form.
IT IS ORDERED AS FOLLOWS:
1. The Defendant be granted 14 days from the date of this Order to serve its Defence to the Claimant's Claim and Particulars of Claim.
2. Liberty to both parties to apply at the hearing before Justice Tan Sri Siti Norma Yaakob on 23 April 2009.
