that appropriate directions can be given without the need for a hearing;
IT IS HEREBY DIRECTED THAT:
1. These two applications be listed for hearing together in the week commencing
19 June 2011
with a time estimate of 3 hours.
2. Mr Stuart Teasdale and Mr Paul Forsyth be joined as Respondents to application 4/2011.
3. Mr Geoff Tait be joined as a Respondent to application 5/2011.
4. The Respondents file evidence (if any, as advised) by

5. The Joint Liquidators file further evidence (if any, as advised) by
